Although you could be in FW with this character, that would make sense... but still 9/10 people who are in a starter corp are either new or alts, im sure you can see that - although the new alt FOTM is creating an alt with a corp name as ridiculous as possible... its like a disease now.
Well, at least you're just ignorant because you don't know what you're talking about - I had assumed you were ignorant because you thought it was fun. It's no wonder you thought there were nothing but alts, as you seem to think non-starter NPC corp = alt.
Perkone can't be in FW. Neither is it a starter corp. It's the corp Achura wind up in after they leave a player corp - IE: If they want to carebear it up in highsec. Starter corps are typically "School of suchandsuch" or "Suchandsuch Academy" - FW corps are typically "Suchandsuch navy" or "Whatever militia".
